Helping patients through service design

One of the project streams in the AstraZeneca Digital Innovation Group (see AstraZeneca DIG for more) was aimed at improving the lives of cancer patients by better understanding their journey from the moment of diagnosis and improving various physical and digital touchpoints along the experience. We created a service design blueprint from several rounds of research and will use this to focus on key areas for improvement.
